My name is Jeremy AKA Jay and I am the owner and operator of Jay's Mobile Detailing. I have been
detailing cars since I started driving, taking care of my own vehicles so they always looked fresh off the
showroom floor. I began detailing on a professional level in 2005 and worked for a few dealerships learning
all sorts of tips and tricks. In 2017 I started this company in hopes to share my knowledge and love
for detailing with the people of Volusia and Flagler Counties. Being the new business on the block, I relied
on word of mouth, which is an essential part of any small business. I strive to provide excellent service to
ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied when we complete their vehicle.
My name is Nikki and I am the Co-Owner/Manager of Jay's Mobile Detailing. I started helping with the business
at the end of 2017. My years in customer service and managing businesses come in handy. One of the keys to
happy customers is excellent customer service. Since we are a 2 person business and stay very busy,
customer service is a big part of the work. You need to remain in contact with your customers in order
to show them that their vehicle and their business matters to you. I keep in contact with them regarding
their appointment date & time, I confirm with them the day before to make sure we are still good to proceed, I notify
them if we are running late, when we are on our way there, if we are going to be early or if
we need to reschedule for any reason.
We strive to build a good bond and relationship with our customers so that they will want to
continue to use our business in the future and to be a company they will gladly refer to their family and
friends. We go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is happy and satisfied with the job we do, the
customer service we provide and do it in a way that is also budget friendly and doesn't break the bank.
