- We require payment to be made in full on the day the services are completed if you are not going to be present the day of the service, we will send you an invoice that must be paid prior to the appt. date & time
- We require a 24 - 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appt. If no notice is given or you cancel the day we are confirming, there may be a fee of up to 20% of the total appt. amount that would be required to be paid before another appt. may be scheduled
- We ask that you please remove all personal belongings from the entire vehicle including the glove box and center console for our Full and Extreme interior detail, if there are any belongings left in the vehicle they will be emptied into plastic bags for you to go through @ your discretion.
- Due to child safety - we do NOT remove or replace the car seats in the vehicles, if you do not want to remove them personally then we will do our very best to clean around them.
- Our prices are based not only on size of the vehicle but also on condition and location. We may also have an upcharge for excessive pet hair, sand or mess from pets or children.
- When it comes to sand & pet hair they are the toughest to remove for a professional detailer. We do not guarantee the complete removal of either one with any package but in most cases we are extremely successful.
- We Do Not guarantee or promise to remove all stains from the carpets or upholstery. Some stains are beyond cleaning and may not come perfectly clean as expected. Some stains may be permanent and are based on the length of time they have been sitting on the fabric.
- We are not responsible for any damage due to heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components which include but not limited to steering column buttons, dash buttons or knobs if the area areas are severely caked w/ dirt, makeup or other grime then the cleaning of them, may result in the markings being removed.
- We only clean engine bays upon request. -- we are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems, if any, when cleaning them by getting wet from the wash / cleaning process. Please make sure that your vehicle is in good mechanical and electrical working order. There is no way of knowing about problems before beginning so please understand that if an issue arises when we have completed the detail we will not be held responsible.
- Please be advised the glue used for headliners will start to release if to much cleaner or heat is used. We do safely and gently clean them but there may be some small stains left behind due to the glue could start to break up which could cause the headliner to sag.
- All the products we use are high quality and have been thoroughly tested. We unfortunately do not use products supplied by the customer. We know how all of our products react to the temperature and sun. We will not use products we have never tested before to insure we do not damage anything.
- Some wheels have baked on brake dust & it cannot be removed from the face or deep within the wheel. We will do our best to remove as much baked on dust as possible but some are beyond cleaning & may need to be repaired or replaced.
- Things such as bird droppings, tar, tree sap and bug splatter contain harsh chemicals that can etch into your paint, if they are left on the vehicle for to long. This will leave chemical marks on the paint that are almost impossible to remove without compromising the clear coat.
- If you have plastic pieces around the vehicle, that are textured or smooth, black or grey and need to be restored, we will do the best we can to bring it back to the original color using a plastic restoration product. (Extreme Exterior Package only or upon request)
- If your vehicle is a truck or SUV and has plastic running boards, we Do Not coat or dress them since it may cause a slip hazard. We can apply it at the customers request, but we are not liable if anything happens after application.
- If you are getting a wax, sealant or coating applied to your vehicle, regular maintenance may be required after application, if coating is not properly cared for and cleaned then it may not last its intended durability.
- We value your time and personal property and strive to be kind and courteous the entire time on your property. That being said, we reserve the right to refuse, deny or discontinue any service if we deem the customer to be rude, unreasonable or doesn't respect us or treat us correctly.
- We do not and will not tolerate any abuse whether verbal or physical under any any circumstances. We will take any actions relevant to rectify the situations if these types of behaviors are encountered.
- For the safety of all parties involved, please keep a safe distance of at least 10 - 15 feet from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards. The area may be slippery due to water, chemicals or any thing that may be on the ground. If you need to speak with us, when we are on the job you can either try getting our attention from a distance or even send us a text message. We try to pay attention to our surroundings while working and also check the phones frequently to reply to any potential customers whether new or old.
- If we maintain your vehicle every month, we do recommend upgrading to the full detail package at least every 3 - 6 months to apply a protectant and to get a more thorough / in-depth detail cleaning, possibly adding cleaning and conditioning leather , so it doesn't dry out or crack, or upholstery seats or carpeting if you have children or pets in vehicle all the time.
- Please be aware that a non- refundable deposit may be required if you are scheduling a ceramic coating detailing package.
